Thanks for getting back to me. Sorry about the confusion. I had been experimenting with different methods.

In any event, I am using FTP because the HTTP method doesn't work for me. I am using a Linux machine and I've tried both Firefox and Epiphany browsers. I've also tried the share button on the editing tool page as well as the method for UNIX users described in the right hand box of the same page. It will not allow me to add anything to a document to page that already exists. The little wheel keeps going round, but no bits are flowing. I have also previously used the HTTP method to create a new test document, but when it comes time to change it by adding a new file, the same thing happens.

Maybe it will be easist to just remove my document/page at:

Hopefully this will allow me to recycle NewsFromNeptune-Video-2010-03-05

Thanks!

for what it's worth, we recently uncovered the fact that firefox will
*not* http upload a file >2GB under any circumstances
(even w/o flash and the simplest file upload http vanilla post form).

we've updated our website to note that when a client visits us with
firefox.
